We are a leading Union Concrete and Masonry subcontractor in Minnesota. 

Starting in 1984 as a family business, Kiffmeyer Inc. now has over 35 years experience in the commercial, industrial and residential multi-housing buildings serving the Twin Cities Metro and surrounding areas. 

We have received the MCMA Gold Awards for commercial and residential excellence from the Minnesota Concrete and Masonry Association. Kiffmeyer Inc. is a union concrete and masonry contractor for the benefit of our employees and our customers. We have union affiliations with the Bricklayers, Cement Finishers, International Operating Engineers (49ers), Laborers, and Carpenters. Kiffmeyer Inc. specializes in masonry construction consisting of concrete block, integral colored block, brick, stone, and cultured stone. Concrete work includes footings, poured foundations, floor slabs, sidewalks, and colored and stamped concrete.
